We had a fun Christmas Eve. We spent the day making biscochitos and the kids watched The Christmas Story. They were both laughing so hard. 
The we started making posole and went out to put up the luminarias. The boys had fun putting the dirt in the bags and then putting them up. Erica was the official bag lady. hehe.
By the time we lit the luminarias the wind kicked up but we were all able to see the flicker of the candles. We then ate posole and tamales. It reminded us of home and all the years we have enjoyed all of our wonderful traditions.
